Helicopter Flight Training

HFT provides for the training needs of the New Zealand helicopter industry with a global approach for both technical and operational skills. This includes training you to a commercial pilot standard with advanced career focused skills and techniques.

Our goal is to provide you with the best operational practices. This will include learning the procedures for flying in Mountain areas, confined helipads, bad weather and at night.

At Helicopter Flight Training we understand the importance of preparing a Commercial Pilot for employment. During the Diploma in Aviation CPL course, we provide scenario based training to build awareness and the skills required to successfully work as a pilot.
